This tracking is done by our Sales Ops in coordination with the program's Sales Coaches. Together, we evaluate the impact and define optimization paths. Alongside the other participants, you hit the set targets.

At the start of the engagement, Akimbo establishes a diagnosis of your commercial machine (sales process, CRM, reporting, management) and co-builds an action plan with you.

In a second phase, the action plan starts to be implemented by our Sales Ops. An implementation support phase also begins to ensure change management.

At the end of the engagement, our Sales Ops evaluates goal achievement against the initial plan and proposes additional optimization paths.
